What we pour
Warehouse and commercial floors where the coating has to survive forklifts and washdowns, and custom metallic and flake work where it has to look like nothing else on the street. New construction, buildouts and resurfacing alike — if concrete, plywood or an old tile counter can be prepped, it can be coated.
Three coating systems
Same prep discipline underneath all three, the same moisture vapor barrier epoxy below and the same UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat above. What changes is the design coat and how the surface behaves once it is in service. On any of the three you choose a gloss or matte finish, with or without texture — the call comes down to foot traffic and whether the space is residential or commercial.
Chip or graded quartz broadcast into the base and locked under clear topcoats. Texture underfoot, hides dust and slab imperfections. A full flake blend, decorative quartz or a straight solid color are all finish choices inside this one system.
Pigment moved by hand while it cures, so depth and movement land differently every time. The showpiece option for bar tops, countertops, showrooms and feature floors.
Two thicknesses: 1/16 inch single broadcast for light forklift traffic and heavy foot traffic, 1/8 inch double broadcast for constant forklift work. Solid color or decorative quartz, with a moisture vapor barrier primer under every commercial floor.
Custom logo inlays
Not a decal and not paint on top — your mark is built into the coating and sealed under it, so it wears exactly as slowly as the rest of the floor. Shops, showrooms, garages, offices and taprooms. Bring a vector file if you have one and we will tell you what scale reads well on the slab you have.
